SCOPE:
Drywall and screed package. Shell and core construction to the 36 floors of the building. The tower will provide approximately 37,000 sqm of office floor plus shops and restaurants. The 190m tall tower was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox as a European HQ for US insurer W.R. Berkley.
