David Warren
Head of People
David is The Head of People at Careys, which includes BDL, having joined the business in 2019 as a HR Advisor. He was subsequently promoted to HRBP in 2020 prior to being promoted to Head of People on an Interim basis in 2023 and then permanently in 2024.
David has worked on a broad range of HR and business projects including project managing the BDL Onboarding platform which launched in 2024 and working on implementing the HR strategy.
